Coconut pulp is not contaminated with dirt or environmental agents because it is, in its whole development life, naturally protected inside robust and thick shell and rind layers. The pulp contains dietary fibers, antioxidants including gallic acid, caffeic acid, salicylic acid, p-coumaric acid; and minerals including manganese, copper, phosphorus, and so on.
This product is processed with drying, not frying to generate the crispiness like other chips. Besides unsaturated fatty acids, coconut contains quite saturated ones. But these occur naturally in the fresh fruit, not from added materials like in the case of other chips.
We process the product with BRC certificate so it can be exported to many countries. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a sample of this interesting product!
